TR3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced ASO6 Change Analyst to support the Finance Reform Program in South Australia. The role focuses on managing change across multiple agencies as the financial management system is modernised.

You will assess business impacts, run workshops and craft practical strategies to guide stakeholders through the transition, ensuring clear communications and readiness across the program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing interventions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and supporting change communications.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of change management strategies and activities.
• Conduct change impact assessments and document business impacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify change requirements.
• Develop stakeholder communications, training resources and materials.
• Review change documentation and support deployment readiness.
• Provide change management advice and recommendations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and implementation partners.
