Office of Sport is seeking a Senior Manager, Centre Performance to lead operational excellence across New South Wales centres. You will work with Centre Operations Managers and corporate stakeholders to strengthen leadership, improve customer experiences and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Based across NSW with travel to centres, the role offers flexible work arrangements. The successful candidate balances strategic planning with hands-on delivery and a commitment to safety,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing leaders and teams across multiple sites or service environments.
• Experience managing operational performance, governance, risk, compliance and continuous improvement in a complex organisation.
• Current Working with Children Check and a valid Driver Licence; ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Centre Operations Managers to build leadership capability and drive efficiency and customer service across multiple centres.
• Monitor and analyse performance across operations, customers, workforce and finance to identify efficiency improvements.
• Drive improved performance and governance to support strategic, utilisation, commercial and customer experience goals.
