Job summary

NSW Athletics is seeking a motivated Performance & Pathways Coordinator to drive operational delivery of the NSW Centre of Excellence, Pathway Camps, State Teams and athlete services. You will coordinate planning, bookings, communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure a high-quality statewide athlete pathway.

Working closely with senior managers, you will balance forward planning with day-to-day delivery, coordinating multiple programs and deadlines while maintaining excellent member

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating the planning, administration and delivery of programs, projects, camps, events or similar initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously, with strong organisational skills and reliable follow-through.
• Understanding of athlete development and sporting pathways, or the ability to quickly learn pathway structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end NSW State Teams campaigns, logistics, communications and deadlines.
• Manage Centre of Excellence operations, memberships, bookings and member communications.
• Oversee pathway program administration, camps, venues, staffing and participant information.
• Support planning, systems and calendars across the Performance & Pathways portfolio.
