Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join our Claims Consulting team in NSW. The role focuses on RTW and case management for workers’ compensation claims across NSW, with a strong emphasis on coordinating return-to-work plans and liaising with health professionals, employers and insurers.

The position is permanent part-time (4 days/week) with consideration for full-time; NSW-based, ideally Sydney. Flexible hours with some onsite work required and regular GP case conferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of NSW case management experience.
• Experience in self-insurance is highly regarded.
• RTW coordination experience and SIRA Certification required.
• Knowledge of benefits and claims management incl. PIAWE, disputes, and medical treatment rules.
• Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality RTW and case management for NSW Workers Compensation claims.
• Support clients to recover and return to work, including pre-injury activities.
• Implement RTW plans in workplaces and assist workers during recovery.
• Assist employers to meet Workers Compensation obligations.
• Liaise with health professionals, employers, insurers and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
