Synergie Australia is seeking a Senior Business Support Coordinator (AO5) for a trusted government client located in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. The role leads a business support function, oversees field-based and regional staff, and provides high‑level administrative guidance across the region.

The position runs from 9 November 2026 to 26 March 2027 with an hourly rate of $65–$70 plus Super. You will drive staff performance, coach and train teams, implement business initiatives, and deliver process

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall function and performance of a business support section
• Oversee, support and coordinate field-based and business support employees
• Provide high-level administrative assistance and advice across the region
• Manage staff performance, conduct and professional development
• Lead, coach and train employees to strengthen their skills and knowledge
• Coordinate the implementation of business initiatives
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the successful delivery of initiatives
• Provide advice to senior management on administrative and operational matters
• Review work practices and recommend process improvements
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
