Job summary

Capricorn is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the review and development of business processes within Technology & Information. You will elicit requirements, document designs, validate solutions, and implement changes across the lifecycle, coordinating small projects from concept to delivery.

You will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse current and future-state processes, assist testing, maintain traceability, and collaborate with architects and change teams to

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in a similar role delivering complex processes and systems.
• Experience facilitating workshops and eliciting functional and non-functional requirements, defining acceptance criteria and maintaining traceability through design, development, testing and implementation.
• Fluency with Jira to manage product or project backlogs and boards.
• Good understanding of SQL and data analysis to translate insights into evidence-based requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support review and development of new and existing business processes through requirements elicitation, documentation, design validation and solution implementation.
• Analyse current and future-state processes; shape solution options and support testing and change activities.
• Coordinate small projects and system enhancements from concept through delivery, including scope, planning, resources and updates.
