Job summary

Capricorn is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the review and development of business processes through elicitation, documentation, validation and solution implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to analyze current and future-state processes, shape options, support testing and maintain traceability across the SDLC.

Qualifications

Five years' experience in business analysis and contributing to technology projects or business initiatives involving complex processes and systems.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting or leading UAT and production verification activities.
Fluency using Jira to manage a product or project backlog and board.
Good understanding of SQL and data analysis; translate insights into evidence-based requirements.
Ability to present complex analysis, requirements and recommendations clearly to business and technical audiences.
