Randstad in Brisbane seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead reviews of current systems, processes and reporting, identifying risks and opportunities. You will capture requirements, build future-state process maps and capability plans while engaging with government and non-government stakeholders to deliver roadmaps and executive papers.

You will apply Agile methodologies, develop high-quality reports and presentations, and work with Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps on complex integrations

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop high-quality reports, business cases and executive presentations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder consultation experience.
• Experience with project management frameworks, preferably Agile.
• Background in business reform, transformation and change management in government or human services.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps and complex system integrations involving sensitive data.

Responsabilités

• Lead reviews and assessments of current system environments, processes, and reporting to identify risks and improvements.
• Capture and develop business and solution requirements, future-state process diagrams, and capability requirements using recognised methodologies.
• Conduct market scanning, vendor engagements, and gap/fit analyses.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage consultations across government departments and non-government sectors.
• Deliver current-state assessments, future-state roadmaps, and executive/board decision papers.
