Job summary

RACV is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Program Management Department. Reporting to the BA Team Leader, you will work across technology, digital, data and transformation initiatives delivered in Agile squads and hybrid models.

You’ll shape requirements and ensure successful delivery through the full lifecycle. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to analyse needs, map processes, define acceptance criteria, and produce clear outputs such as epics and user

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex technology and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments with relevant processes and compliance.
• Delivery experience across end-to-end initiatives with elicitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience across full delivery lifecycle from discovery to implementation and optimisation.
• Strong capability across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions and define outcomes.
• Map and design current and future state models.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements.
• Produce documentation: epics, user stories, process flows.
• Support transition to BAU and operational readiness.
• Contribute to BA Practice and continuous improvement.
