Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking an experienced Building Project Officer to lead the delivery phase of construction projects, managing budget, scope, and procurement while ensuring outcomes are met. The successful candidate will hold a Construction Management degree, White Card, and a current Class C license, with extensive supervisory and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Construction Management or related discipline with substantial building/construction project experience.
• Extensive supervisory experience in a service-delivery environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for contractors, staff and community stakeholders.
