Campbelltown City Council NSW is recruiting an experienced Building Project Officer to directly manage the delivery phase of assigned construction projects. The role oversees budget, scope, contractor procurement and progress reporting to ensure outcomes are met.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree in Construction/Project Management, possess NSW White Card, a current Class C licence and proven supervision experience. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Extensive supervisory experience in an operations/service-delivery environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engagement with contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.
• NSW Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
• Current Class C Driver Licence.
