You will review complex proposals, mentor staff, prepare reports and provide guidance on legislation and building codes to support safe, compliant and sustainable community growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in building surveying, certification or development assessment.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations and building standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of assessment professionals across low-rise development and certification.
• Review Development Applications, Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates and Occupation Certificates.
• Provide specialist advice on building and development matters and mentor staff.
