Job summary

Qualifications

• At least six years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience analysing current-state processes and designing future-state improvements.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with business areas to capture requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Analyse AS-IS procurement and operational processes to find efficiencies and governance improvements.
• Develop TO-BE process maps, workflows and business rules with clear ownership and hand-offs.
• Translate requirements into implementable specifications for platform configuration and operations.
• Develop business cases and documentation supported by stakeholder engagement.
• Present findings through clear advice, presentations and walkthroughs.
• Support acceptance testing, training, implementation and readiness activities.
