Seek is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery, map current-state processes, design future-state operating models and define requirements for a transformation initiative in Canberra. You will work across business, ICT and information management teams to produce artefacts, business cases and implementation roadmaps that support investment decisions.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis across transformation, process improvement, digital services or ICT-enabled change.
• Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
• Business process modelling, redesign, gap analysis and future-state operating models.
• Business cases, options analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to deliver high-quality artefacts independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in government, health, research, regulatory or similarly governed environments (desirable).
• Workflow, case management, records management or digital platforms, particularly ServiceNow or Power Platform (desirable).
• Procurement, solution evaluation, vendor engagement and legacy system modernisation (desirable).

Senior Business Analyst - Canberra - 3 months

Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery, process redesign and requirements definition for a strategic transformation initiative. The initial focus is improving approval, governance, monitoring and reporting services and defining requirements for replacing a legacy application. You will work across business, ICT and information management teams to develop practical improvements and support investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews

Map current-state processes, workflows and improvement opportunities

Design future-state processes and service models

Elicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements

Analyse workflow, records management, information management and reporting needs

Identify improvements to efficiency, governance and user experience
