Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in bids, proposals, or related roles, ideally in professional services/consulting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for client-focused documents.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple bids with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex and strategic tenders and major pitch opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities with partners to define win strategies and investment.
• Analyse client documentation to drive bid plans and governance.
• Oversee bid content drafting and quality assurance to differentiate the firm.
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams to meet timelines and standards.
• Ensure compliance with client instructions and internal risk requirements.
• Collaborate with design/marketing to produce polished documents and presentations.
• Prepare for pitches with clear messaging and run-throughs.
