TMA Groups in South Granville, NSW, is seeking an experienced Tender Writer to join our team. You will support the Tender and Marketing Manager and Sales Teams, ensuring the smooth running of the tender department and timely bid submissions.

Your duties include coordinating with subject matter experts, preparing and updating presentations and documentation, and delivering expert bid writing services. Onsite parking is available, and a hands-on, organized, deadline-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills blending technical, persuasive and creative writing.
• Ability to coordinate a project to meet milestones.
• Strategic and analytical thinking to develop competitive tender proposals.
• Ability to engage with technical teams to develop responses.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Representing TMA in tender engagements
• Implementing bid-winning methodologies, systems and processes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare and submit deliverables
• Preparing and updating presentations and documentation
• Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering expert bid writing services
• Coordinate presence at conventions and trade shows
• Updating and maintaining the Quality Management System
