Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Coordinator to join our Commercial team and help manage bids for projects up to $30M+. You will work closely with Estimating, Project Managers, Sales and Directors to coordinate submissions across the business.

Ideally you have 2–5+ years in bid/tender coordination within construction or related fields, with strong writing, attention to detail and experience using InDesign or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ bid / tender coordination experience.
• Construction, fitout, property, architecture or professional services background.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.
• InDesign or similar experience.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids from start to finish.
• Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations.
• Coordinate input from internal teams, consultants and suppliers.
• Manage bid registers, deadlines and submissions.
• Ensure documents meet brand and quality standards.
