Job summary

Morson Edge Australia in Sydney is seeking a Bid Manager to join an established national contractor delivering fitout, refurbishment and new build projects up to $30M+. You’ll coordinate bids and submissions across the business, working closely with Estimating, Project Managers, Sales and Directors.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ bid/tender coordination experience within construction or related fields, strong writing and attention to detail, and experience with InDesign or similar.

Qualifications

• 3 years bid/tender coordination experience.
• Background in construction, fitout, property, architecture or professional services.
• Strong writing and high attention to detail.
• Experience with InDesign or similar.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids from start to finish
• Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
• Coordinate input from internal teams, consultants and suppliers
• Manage bid registers, deadlines and submissions
• Ensure documents meet brand and quality standards
