Rabobank Australia seeks a Senior Banking Operations Specialist – Account Servicing to lead complex servicing tasks across account handling, limits, and customer authority updates. You will coach the team, manage workflow and drive improvements in controls and service quality.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Technology to deliver outstanding service while supporting regulatory obligations and customer outcomes aligned with Rabobank standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience across customer operations, account servicing or payments processing
• Strong understanding of banking operations, processes & customer servicing
• Knowledge of the Code of Banking Practice, AML, FATCA & Australian regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to coach & influence in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset & focus on delivering customer outcomes

Responsabilités

• Act as the key escalation point for complex account servicing matters
• Support the Team Manager with day-to-day operations, workforce planning & workflow management
• Monitor team performance, reporting, service levels & outcomes
• Coach, mentor & develop team members to drive high performance
• Identify & implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls & customer outcomes
• Support risk & compliance activities, including incident management & regulatory obligations
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Front Office, Risk, Compliance & Technology to deliver outstanding service
