Job summary

Charter Diligence is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a major infrastructure and project delivery portfolio in a complex asset-heavy environment. You will examine operational processes, stakeholder interfaces and delivery arrangements, identify improvements, and develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

You will work with senior stakeholders, project teams and partners to conduct discovery, map current practices and assess governance and third-party delivery models.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• Experience in complex infrastructure, utilities, construction or major projects
• Strong skills in operational process analysis and gap/root cause analysis
• Proven ability to develop process maps and operating model documentation
• Experience reviewing governance, interfaces and delivery arrangements
• Stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and diverse groups
• Excellent written communication for reports and executive briefs
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify risks and improvements
• Experience supporting project or transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently while building cross-team relationships
• Experience with compliance checks and work rights verification processes

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to map current processes and stakeholder interactions
• Gather, interpret and analyse qualitative and quantitative information
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with senior leaders and delivery partners
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in current-state processes
• Develop process maps, interface maps and workflow documentation
• Assess governance structures and delivery arrangements for ambiguity and risk
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand drivers of issues
• Review third-party delivery models and operating models for alignment
• Develop current and future-state process models and practical improvements
• Translate findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations
• Prepare reports, presentations and executive briefings
• Support documentation of business requirements and options analysis
• Identify risks and dependencies and elevate as needed
• Collaborate across teams to validate findings and build alignment
• Support continuous improvement and governance traceability
• Maintain artefacts and manage multiple workstreams
