Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong background in process improvement and business transformation.
• Advanced capability in process mapping, business process modelling and workflow optimisation.
• Strong experience developing As-Is and To-Be processes using tools such as Visio, BPMN or similar.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders and challenge existing ways of working.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within complex environments and deliver practical business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflows and supporting documentation.
