Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure, technology operations, networking, or enterprise tech.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, non-functional, and operational requirements for infrastructure and tech initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define requirements, processes, and outcomes.
• Develop process maps, business cases, use cases, acceptance criteria, and project docs.
• Support delivery through testing, validation, readiness, change management, and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, service improvement, and standardisation.
