Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on network and infrastructure projects
• Hands‑on experience supporting office relocations or workplace technology programs
• Strong understanding of:
  • Network concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, connectivity)
  • Infrastructure services (servers, cloud, storage, end‑user computing)
  • Telephony, AV, and collaboration tools
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, NFRs, process maps)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
