Job summary

Talent Corp in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with utilities experience and exposure to IT and OT projects. You will lead discovery workshops, map processes, and translate operational needs into testable requirements.

You will work with IT and OT stakeholders, vendors on system integration and data improvements, and support business cases, UAT and implementation readiness. Travel to operational sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis experience and capability to map requirements.
• Experience in utilities sector with IT and OT projects.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting processes, data, and integration needs.
• Comfortable in both Agile and Waterfall environments and on-site work.
