Job summary

ARRC Gold Coast is seeking an experienced asset management professional to establish and improve practices across fixed and mobile plant, infrastructure and supporting systems. You will develop the asset management roadmap, enhance data governance and maintenance planning, and use condition data to drive safety, reliability and value.

Qualifications

• Tertiary or trade qualification with substantial asset management experience.
• Seven+ years in asset management, maintenance or reliability in industrial settings.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems, asset data, maintenance planning and contractor performance.
• Familiarity with lifecycle planning, reliability, condition assessment and contractor management.
• Experience developing and managing maintenance budgets, OPEX and capital renewal forecasts.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000/55001 is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve asset management practices across fixed and mobile plant and site infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver ARRC’s strategic asset management roadmap balancing long-term planning with practical changes.
• Maintain asset registers, hierarchies, criticality assessments and maintenance plans.
• Improve data governance and integration across asset, maintenance and operations systems.
• Monitor maintenance performance, backlogs and asset condition to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Lead digital and predictive capabilities to support reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with contractors against KPIs and budgets.
• Develop lifecycle, renewal and replacement plans with expenditure forecasts.
