Select Plant Australia is seeking a senior asset leader to own the national asset portfolio, driving investment, maintenance, redeployment and disposal decisions for maximum value. You will champion lifecycle planning and deliver insights for evidence-based decisions, while advancing asset availability and returns.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership of asset management teams, with a focus on high‑risk plant and equipment and enterprise-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management, construction management, business, commerce or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the asset strategy and capital investment roadmap.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle: investment, onboarding, maintenance, redeployment and disposal.
• Lead capital planning, asset investment prioritisation and lifecycle cost management.
• Ensure assets comply with legislative, regulatory, accreditation and internal governance requirements.
• Build strategic relationships with OEMs, suppliers, regulators and industry partners.
• Lead and develop asset management specialists and technical capability.
