Select Plant Australia seeks a senior asset leader to own the national asset portfolio and drive lifecycle value. You will guide investment decisions, maintenance priorities and asset redeployment to maximise availability and ROI.

You will champion governance, risk management and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, HSE and Commercial teams, shaping future fleet capabilities and industry benchmarks.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management, construction management, business, commerce or related discipline.
• Experience leading asset-intensive programs and executive accountability for safety, risk and governance.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement asset strategy and capital investment roadmap.
• Oversee full asset lifecycle: investment, onboarding, maintenance, redeployment and disposal.
• Lead capital planning, lifecycle cost management and ROI assessments.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with OEMs, suppliers and regulators.
• Lead asset management specialists and set performance standards.
