Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist - Global Rotator (AccessESP) to support global Artificial Lift operations by installing, operating, and troubleshooting ESP systems on offshore and onshore rigs, while partnering with customers to deliver safe, reliable field service.

You will lead field operations, adapt methods, maintain safety standards, and travel extensively on a rotational schedule, receiving a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma is required.
• 5+ years of ALS/ESP or related field experience.
• Hands-on ESP and artificial lift experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and retrieve AccessESP retrievable ESP systems.
• Support ESP operations to maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot ESP and ALS equipment.
• Lead field operations at customer sites and rigs.
• Adapt work methods when procedures are not viable.
• Build strong relationships with customers through service delivery.
• Travel domestically and internationally on short notice as required.
• Prepare accurate field reports and service documentation.
• Handle special projects and operational assignments.
