Formación

• Experience leading a sizeable portfolio of high-volume restaurants.
• Exposure to company-operated or corporate hospitality environments.
• Understanding of kitchen operations and restaurant service.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, labour, costs and profitability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change.
• Track record of improving venue performance and developing capable leaders.
• Composed, credible and highly accountable leadership style.
