Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking an Area Manager – Hospitality & Facilities Services to lead a diverse portfolio of ESS sites across Australia. You will partner with clients and operations leaders to deliver safe, compliant and commercially strong outcomes, while coaching site teams and driving continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated leadership across multi-site operations or portfolio management.
• Strong commercial capability with budget and cost-control experience.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels.
• People development mindset with coaching and team-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of food safety, site safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of ESS sites with strategic and operational oversight.
• Work office-based with regular travel to sites across Australia.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, labour controls, food costs and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, safety and security procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and contractor management across contracts.
