Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in application services / operations.
• Strong English communication to guide problem solving on calls.
• Experience with Windows/Linux, multi-tier web apps, middleware.

Aufgaben

• Provide L3 support in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical apps.
• Deploy and tune middleware and web servers; monitor performance.
• Automate deployments with GitHub and Ansible; centralize logging.
• Setup monitoring with NewRelic and Graylog; handle incidents.
• Migrate from on-prem to hybrid cloud; optimize architecture.
