The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Senior Case Worker to lead day-to-day service delivery in Fyshwick, ACT. You will supervise approximately three Case Workers and ensure care aligns with our Model of Care, upholding dignity and recovery-oriented practice.

This full-time role offers line management opportunities, collaborative partnerships with community services and a focus on continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and the community.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Community Services or equivalent
• Experience in case management, assessment, referral and client support in AOD/community services
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented practice
• Previous staff supervision experience is advantageous
• Ability to oversee service delivery and maintain documentation

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations including case management, assessment, referral and group work
• Monitor treatment plans and maintain records
• Supervise, coach and train Case Workers
• Strengthen referral pathways and collaborate with community services
• Promote participant involvement, feedback and service evaluation
• Assist with recruitment and represent the service to stakeholders
