Job summary

The Salvation Army in Surry Hills, NSW, is seeking an AOD Case Worker for a full-time permanent role. Based in Surry Hills, you will support case management, assessment and referrals in line with our Model of Care and service guidelines.

You will lead and assist with treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external services to promote positive client outcomes. A Diploma in AOD or related field and a NSW Driver’s Licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma level qualification in AOD or community services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence.

• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with guidelines.
