Job summary
Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a Senior Analyst – AHS Technology Operations Centre to support the Autonomous Haulage System from our Remote Operations Centre in West Perth on a 7/7 days and nights roster. You will provide technical expertise for offboard AHS applications, servers and integrations and act as the 24/7 escalation point for incidents.
You will lead complex incident investigations, collaborate with Technology teams and vendors, and mentor analysts to enhance reliability and service
Qualifications
- Experience providing application support for Autonomous Haulage Systems (offboard applications, servers and integrations).
- Ability to monitor dashboards, logs and health data to identify faults and trends.
- Proven track record in triaging and resolving incidents in a 24x7 production environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for AHS incidents; triage, troubleshoot and document in ServiceNow.
- Provide advanced operational support across offboard AHS environments including apps, servers, integrations and network.
- Monitor system dashboards, logs and performance data to identify faults and determine recovery paths.
