Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned transformation design professional to embed AI into future-state processes across industries. You will lead discovery workshops, specify future-state designs, and map operating models to practical changes, while mentoring junior practitioners and contributing to proposals.

With strong experience in process excellence and AI-driven design, you will help accelerate adoption and deliver measurable value for clients in Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Ability to lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Proven benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshop facilitation.
• At least 1 year designing future-state processes with AI to reinvent work.
• At least 1 year of integrating AI into business process design.
• At least 1 year delivering project work in a defined industry domain.
• Applied knowledge of AI design principles—AI agent experiences and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state process specification and AI integration design.
• Run client discovery workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional client teams.
• Connect operating models to future-state processes for practical approaches.
• Document redesign methods and contribute to playbooks.
• Co-author proposals and assist business development.
• Coach junior practitioners on process redesign and AI capabilities.
