Job summary

Accenture is seeking professionals who design AI-enabled business processes and implement AX Design principles. You will analyze industry trends, benchmark performance, and develop AI-assisted solutions across operations.

This role emphasizes collaboration with senior practitioners to drive transformation and continuous learning. Applicants should have a background in process excellence and consulting, with hands-on experience in AI-enabled analytics, benchmarking, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Experience producing industry or function trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
• Minimum 1 year of using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities)
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or domain experience across industries
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools
• Apply industry knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and playbooks
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning
• Apply AX Design principles for AI agent behavior and handoffs
