Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior-level professional to embed AI into future-state process design and to lead transformation engagements across industries. You will define standards, govern methodology, and coach teams on AI-enabled solutions, while managing client workshops and senior stakeholder relationships.

You will apply domain knowledge to design operating models, coordinate with technology partners, and drive delivery excellence across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• 2+ years deep industry expertise in at least one domain (e.g., Banking/Capital Markets, Insurance, Software and Platforms, etc.).
• 2+ years experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• 1+ year experience building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work.
• Proven track record facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the process redesign standard for the industry or function and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approach including discovery workshops and approval governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology used by the team.
• Apply domain expertise and playbooks consistently across the portfolio of engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities and day-to-day relationships.
• Approve final process designs before client delivery.
• Lead and develop direct reports and coach on process redesign and AI enablement.
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align process design with platform work.
• Embed AI design into team delivery standards and ensure AI agent experiences are validated.
