Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior-level process transformation leader to own end-to-end design cycles, integrating AI into future-state processes and operating models. You will guide client workshops, assess market and regulatory shifts, and drive adoption across functional teams with cross-Industry expertise.

You combine business insight, technical literacy, and AI-enabled process design to deliver outcomes that balance efficiency and human-centric interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client discovery workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven track record building benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Experience designing future-state processes with AI to reinvent the way work is done.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state process specification and AI integration design for assigned industries.
• Run client discovery workshops and present defendable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive operating model changes, adoption planning, and change management initiatives.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to playbook development.
