Accenture is seeking a senior AX Design-focused leader to embed AI into future-state process designs for global clients from Melbourne. You will shape methodologies, govern quality, and coach senior specialists while aligning process design with technology and delivery partners.

Required are 7+ years in process excellence or consulting, senior stakeholder facilitation, and expertise embedding AI in client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in process excellence or management consulting.
• 2+ years leading teams in a consulting environment.
• 1+ year building AI-enabled client solutions and explaining value.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Embed AI into future state design across engagements and ways of working.
• Define process redesign standards, governance, and the operating model changes.
• Lead client workshops, discovery, and senior leadership presentations.
• Develop and coach direct reports and senior specialists.
• Collaborate with technology and delivery partners to align design with platform work.
