Qualifications

• 3+ years in process excellence, redesign, or consulting.
• Experience producing trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change‑impact assessments.
• At least 1 year using AI‑assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• At least 1 year integrating AI and automating business process design.
• At least 1 year of delivering project work in a consulting environment or industry domain.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry/function and benchmark analyses.
• Design future‑state process specs covering AI integration points and operating models.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital/platform solutions.
• Build data‑driven assessments using AI‑assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI‑accelerated tools.
• Develop change‑impact assessments using AI‑assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to the reference library and pursue continuous learning.
• Apply AX Design principles for AI agent behavior, autonomy, and handoffs.
