You will define standards, govern methodologies, and coach senior specialists while collaborating with technology partners to ensure seamless integration of process design and platform work.

Formación

• 7+ years in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting
• 2+ years deep industry expertise in at least one domain
• 2+ years managing and developing team members
• 1+ year building, evaluating and scaling AI-enabled solutions
• Proven track record facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills

Responsabilidades

• Define process redesign standard across engagements and govern its application
• Determine client facilitation approach for workshops and governance
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodologies
• Apply domain expertise consistently across engagements
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation and day-to-day relationships
• Approve final process designs before delivery
• Develop and coach direct reports in process redesign and leadership
• Collaborate with technology and delivery partners to align design and platform work
• Embed AI Design into team methodology and governance
