Accenture is seeking a skilled professional to design AI-integrated processes and assess industry trends in Melbourne. You will produce benchmarking analyses, define future-state specifications, and support digital transformations across operations.

You will apply AX Design principles to guide AI agent behaviors and handoffs, leveraging AI-assisted analytics to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to clients.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• Experience producing industry/function trend analyses and benchmarking outputs.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or relevant domain experience.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations.
