Job summary

Sierra, a San Francisco–based AI platform company, is seeking a GTM technical expert in Sydney. You will design and demo the Agent product, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to tailor solutions for enterprise customers.

You will lead with customers from first conversations, translating complex tech into business value, and helping shape product direction while building trusted relationships with executives and technical leaders across the region.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing tech sales.
• Experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
• Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product for customer needs.
• Cross-functional work with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve Agents.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations as GTM and technical leader.
