Job summary

Sierra is seeking a seasoned GTM technical leader to design and demo our Agent product, addressing customer needs with technical solutions. You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive GTM and advance product development based on customer feedback.

You will lead technical conversations with enterprise customers, build demos, and translate business problems into compelling technical proposals, leveraging AI tools while ensuring accuracy and clarity for customers.

Qualifications

5-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
Experience in demo building and presenting to GTM stakeholders.
Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, offering technical solutions to customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to improve products and GTM efforts.
Lead in early customer conversations to understand and anticipate needs.
