Job summary

Decagon in Australia is seeking an Agent Deployment Engineer to own end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers. You will translate requirements into build plans, author critical deployment scripts, and ensure reliable production deployments.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade agents, while communicating with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to write code and validate integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design and engineer core agentic logic for reliable performance.
• Architect, build, test integrations with customer systems (CRMs, data pipelines).
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve failures through root-cause analysis.
• Translate customer needs into internal docs and drive platform improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams for repeatable agent builds.
