Job summary

Trc Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager – AI Governance to own the AI governance roadmap across GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI.

You'll collaborate with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior stakeholders to establish frameworks and controls that enable responsible and scalable AI adoption within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' technology experience, including direct involvement with AI.
• 4+ years' experience in technology governance, risk or a related discipline.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks and assessing risks associated with modern AI technologies.

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking a Senior Manager – AI Governance to take ownership of its AI governance roadmap, covering GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI.

You'll help establish the frameworks and controls that allow the business to innovate confidently, working closely with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders.
