Zurich is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Technology team, shaping agentic AI capabilities across platforms. You will design, build and operate AI services, ensuring security, observability and scalable production delivery.

You will implement reusable AI patterns, guardrails, and cost-aware pipelines while collaborating with product, design and other engineering squads to drive transformation.

Competenze

• Significant software engineering experience designing, building and operating AI or LLM-based systems in production.

Mansioni

• Design, build and operate production-grade agentic AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, tool use and prompt engineering.
• Create reusable AI services, reference patterns and guardrails for squads to deliver AI solutions quickly, safely.
• Establish evaluation pipelines, observability and cost controls to measure quality and production costs.
• Develop secure APIs and integration services that connect LLMs with enterprise platforms with proper contracts and authentication.
• Assess architecture and system design options and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Embed DevSecOps and secure-by-design practices via IaC, CI/CD, testing and least-privilege access.
