Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for Agentforce Operations (Regrello) to design and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.

You will write production code, architect real-time grounding, manage multi-agent communication, and deliver automated workflows from day one. Based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, travel 25-30% for on-site deployment is required as you connect AI agents to core enterprise systems and Salesforce data products,

Qualifications

7+ years of professional AI, grounding, and enterprise data integration experience.
Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and RAG pipelines.
Experience with API design (REST / SOAP / webhooks) and agent protocols (MCP, tool calling).
Familiarity with enterprise automation tools and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy complex agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
Implement agent communication protocols and tool-calling logic.
Build grounding systems using RAG, vector stores, and knowledge bases.
Develop APIs and integration pipelines connecting Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
