Informatica is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to implement Agentforce Operations (Regrello) in customer environments. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions, integrating complex AI agents with ERP and data platforms.

Qualifications

7+ years professional experience.
Deep experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and building RAG pipelines.
Practical experience with API design (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and modern agent protocols.
Expertise in process orchestration and API-led connectivity using MuleSoft or custom middleware.
Knowledge of data governance and master data systems.

Responsibilities

Design, construct, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
Write production code and architect real-time grounding systems.
Develop multi-agent communication protocols and tool calling mechanisms.
Build ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time dashboards to monitor agent performance.
