Job summary

National Australia Bank (NAB) in Moree is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Manager to join the Regional & Agribusiness team. You will lead cross-functional collaborations to deliver integrated financial solutions for farming and agribusiness clients.

You’ll own your portfolio, grow a diverse mix of premium Agri businesses, and provide advisory services while managing complex transactions and credit assessments to support sustainable growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Agribusiness sector enabling credibility with customers.
• Deal structuring and credit writing/assessment of large/complex transactions.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in delivering sales growth through proactive business development and deep customer relationships.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to negotiate solutions delivering mutual value.

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of pre- and post-farm-gate Agribusiness customers providing integrated solutions.

In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Pro-active management of both pre- and post-farm-gate Agribusiness customers providing fully integrated solutions to drive growth through existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
• Own your portfolio and continue to grow a diverse mix of premium Agri businesses where you will manage complex enterprises and relationships
• Provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers
• Ensure success through using commercial acumen to understand your customers and drive innovation and continuous improvement

You’ll bring to this role:
